Problem by lazydaisy: Healthy?????
Ok, so I never really require to shed any bodyweight, according to my BMI, I’m a healthy weight, but skirting underweight. I have excess fat on my thighs and a bit on my tummy. I do not want to drop weight, I just want to keep healthy and not have fatness. I eat mildly healthy and exercising off and on, most likely 3ish moments a week… Do I require to do something or should I just maintain doing what I’m undertaking and accept that my legs have extra fat since I am feminine? Some ladies regardless of what you take in or how much you exercise will have some spots on their physique exactly where it retailers the extra fat. I recommend targeting these areas with physical exercise.
